How it works for members
- Once you have completed the online joining application you will immediately receive your Membership number.
Please ensure you keep a record of your Membership number, as it will be used as a reference for your dealings with AustralianSuper.
2. A copy of your application will be emailed to you. Please keep this email as a record of your application.
3. Your application will be processed once we receive your first contribution.
4. A welcome letter, with your online account PIN and access instructions, will then be mailed to you.
Please note that your account and insurance will not become active until money has been received into your account.

3. Within three business days, a welcome email with your employer number and payment instructions (including your online account Password) will be sent to you.
