  • Management – the Board of Directors oversees all aspects of AustralianSuper
  • Operations – on a day-to-day level, our senior managers ensure AustralianSuper runs smoothly and that service standards are met or exceeded
  • Marketing – to retain our size-related competitive advantage we develop marketing strategies to retain and increase AustralianSuper’s significant membership base
  • Communications – we believe educating and communicating with our members and employers is vital and AustralianSuper is committed to producing publications and other communication resources of the highest quality
  • Account service – we employ a team of Relationship Managers to assist employers and members with their superannuation and Fund-related queries.
