Claire’s industrial relations experience has made her a strong advocate for superannuation. Before joining AustralianSuper, she spent three years working for a manufacturing union, providing one-on-one advice, information and assistance to workers regarding their entitlements. She also has considerable experience in customer service and client relationship development.

David Horscroft - Account Manager

David has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry and possesses specialist knowledge in the areas of administration, human resources and industrial relations. Prior to joining AustralianSuper eight years ago, he held various superannuation-related roles for a large retail and corporate superannuation provider and a leading retail bank.

Andrew has over seven years experience in client relationship and account management roles within the industry superannuation fund sector. His commitment to high service levels and strong interpersonal skills were developed through his previous work as a safety and training officer and operational roles within the heavy manufacturing industry.

Ian has a strong industrial relations and client service background, having spent over 14 years as a trade official at a large manufacturing union. In this role he was responsible for educating and supporting members and implementing campaigns aimed at growing both membership and member advocacy. He joined AustralianSuper over six years ago.

Martin has a diverse background, with over 20 years experience in various management, business development and customer service roles. Before joining AustralianSuper, he spent five years at a large manufacturing union, providing information and assistance to workers regarding their entitlements. He ran his own job placement and employment training business for five years and has worked for both the Federal and State Governments.

Daryl has spent more than 22 years working with government, corporate and industry superannuation funds. During 14 years at the NT Government Superannuation Office, he participated in all aspects of the superannuation industry. He has worked as an IT consultant and project manager with two large superannuation software and administration providers and spent time as an account manager with a large corporate superannuation administrator.

Ray has spent 47 years in the superannuation industry, including over 38 years in senior management roles at one of Queensland’s largest public sector super funds. He has a broad range of experience having participated in all aspects of the superannuation industry including administration, benefit entitlements, marketing, product and system design, policy and research, customer service and education. He joined AustralianSuper nine years ago.
