Jim Docherty - Northern Region Relationship Manager
Jim is AustralianSuper's Northern Division Relationship Manager. He is responsible for the provision of employer and member superannuation and Fund-related activities in New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory. Jim has more than 20 years' experience in the superannuation industry. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Jim worked in a variety of superannuation-related roles for organisations such as AMP, CSR, Noble Lowndes, Mercantile Mutual and Capita. He is extremely well qualified, having gained the ASFA Certificate and Diploma in Superannuation Management, as well as a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Camille Nicholson - Relationship Manager
Camille is responsible for servicing members, employers, unions and employer organisations in New South Wales. She has a wealth of experience in the finance industry and has successfully completed the Diploma of Financial Planning at Deakin University. Camille has been with the Fund for eight years, prior to which she was a financial adviser at Westpac.
Bruce Taylor - Relationship Manager
Bruce's superannuation experience is derived from a variety of financial service related roles with Career Corporation, Chifley Financial Services and now AustralianSuper. He has also worked as an organiser for the Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union and is PS 146 certified.
Martin Schutz - Relationship Manager
Martin joined AustralianSuper in March 2008. His strong interpersonal skills allow him to provide high service levels to employers, members and the Fund’s key stakeholders. He has spent the previous 20 years working in diverse roles for a range of organisations including Australia’s major manufacturing union, a major multi-national food and confectionary manufacturer, the ANU, and state and federal government departments. He is RG 146 accredited and working to complete his Diploma of Financial Planning.
David Horscroft - Relationship Manager
David is responsible for servicing and providing education services in New South Wales. He has more than 20 years experience in the superannuation industry. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, David worked in a variety of superannuation-related roles for organisations such as AMP and St George Bank. David has completed his Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Claire Cremer - Relationship Manager
Claire is a Relationship Manager with strong interpersonal skills that allow her to provide high service levels to employers, members and the Fund’s key stakeholders. She has worked with AustralianSuper for 18 months. Prior to this, Claire worked in a variety of roles, including industrial relations, which exposed her to the wide range of issues impacting on superannuation. Claire has completed the Diploma in Financial Services and is PS 146 certified. She is also undertaking a part-time Bachelor of Business (Finance) and is working towards the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Andrew MacIver - Relationship Manager
Andrew has worked in the financial sector specialising in superannuation for the past six years. Andrew’s strong interpersonal skills allow him to provide high service levels to employers, members and the Fund’s key stakeholders. Andrew is PS 146 compliant and has completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Ian Masters - Team Leader, New South Wales Relationship Management Team
Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to AustralianSuper where he has been with for six years. Prior to that he worked for 14 years in employee and employer relations. Ian is extremely well qualified, holding an Associate Diploma in Industrial Relations and an Associate Diploma in Financial Planning. He has also completed the Diploma of Financial Planning modules 1 to 8.
Darryl Florance - Relationship Manager
Darryl is a long-term Territorian, having lived in both Alice Springs and Darwin for over 35 years. His superannuation experience spans more than 22 years - the last five with AustralianSuper - and includes a variety of roles with the NT Government Superannuation Office, as well as several large superannuation software and outsourced administration providers. Darryl has a Certificate in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Diploma of Financial Services (Superannuation), and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Ray Robinson - Relationship Manager
Ray has an impressive 46 years experience in the superannuation industry with the last nine at AustralianSuper. During this time Ray has held managerial positions and participated in all aspects of the superannuation industry, including administration, benefit entitlements, marketing, product and system design, policy and research, and customer service and education. Ray holds a Certificate in Superannuation Management and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Ray has been involved for 18 years with the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia and is currently on their Queensland Executive and Functions Committee.
Tim O’Neill - Relationship Manager
In fulfilling his role as a Relationship Manager in Queensland, Tim draws on 30 years' superannuation industry experience gained from previous field and administration roles. Prior to this he worked at the NSW Coal Miners Superannuation Board, the State Authorities Superannuation Board and Pillar Administration. Tim has obtained the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia 100 certificate and holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Financial Planning. Tim’s role is to educate members by providing tailored sessions at workplaces, and to support employers on all superannuation-related matters.
Susan Ryan - Relationship Manager
Susan brings 12 years' experience in the superannuation industry to her role as a Relationship Manager for AustralianSuper, where she has been for three years. Prior to commencing with the Fund Susan held various senior roles at one of Australia’s largest superannuation administration offices including Administration Manager, and Client Service Adviser. She has completed the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia - Certificate of Superannuation Management and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
David Adams - Southern Region Relationship Manager
David joined AustralianSuper as a Relationship Manager in 2007 with over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry. His previous experience includes member education delivery, contact centre management, and fund administration. David has an Economics Degree, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), and is working towards the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). David has extensive customer and client service experience, fulfilling prior positions at Mercer HR Consulting, ANZ Banking Group and Ansett Australia.

Randolph Nevis - Relationship Manager
Randolph has 13 years' experience in superannuation and financial services, the last six of which have been at AustralianSuper. He has experience performing roles within account management, administration, new business and client services. Randolph is an Executive Member of Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (SA Division). His has a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia, majoring in Administrative Management, as well as a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Malcolm Kinter - Relationship Manager
Malcolm has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, having worked at Industry Fund Financial Planning and Colonial Mutual (now known as CommInsure). Malcolm continues to improve his knowledge through industry-specific studyand is working towards the Diploma of Financial Planning. He is a skilled educator with a relaxed and friendly presentation style.
Wendy Clarke - Relationship Manager
Wendy has over six years' experience in the superannuation industry. Her role as a Relationship Manager is backed by a career in the financial services industry that has spanned more than 25 years. She has a diverse background, having qualifications in information technology management and accounting as well as a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning at the Securities Institute. Prior to joining Fund, Wendy worked as an Area Manager for the Bank of South Australia.
Gary Bridle - Senior Relationship Manager
Gary’s industry knowledge and dedication have been vital to his success as a Relationship Manager for AustralianSuper. He has 20 years' experience in the superannuation industry with the last 15 at the Fund. His qualifications include the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia 100 Certificate of Superannuation Management, and Diploma of Financial Planning modules 1 to 8. He has also completed a University of Adelaide Certificate in Business Management.
Patricia James - Relationship Manager
Patricia brings over 20 years' of experience in the finance sector to her role at AustralianSuper. Her previous experience was with the Finance Sector Union. She has successfully completed her Diploma of Financial Services, which builds on the solid foundations of her Bachelor of Arts and other post-graduate qualifications.
Andrew Cooper - Relationship Manager
Andrew has over 10 years of superannuation experience behind him. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, Andrew worked for seven years as a Client Relationship Manager for the Mercer Super Trust, and three years in various fund administration roles with BT Financial Group. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business (Administration Management) and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Andrew is close to completing the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Anjalee Walker - Account Relationship Officer
Anjalee commenced with AustralianSuper in February 2008 as Relationship Manager Coordinator and was promoted to Account Relationship Officer in October 2008. She is part of the 2008/09 Super Cadets Program - an initiative designed to identify and fast-track the next generation of leaders of the Industry Super Funds sector. Anjalee has an excellent understanding of issues facing employers and members participating in industry and corporate superannuation. Anjalee has held various senior roles as a the AustralianSuper Contact Centre and Customer Care Unit. She has completed a Business Administration Diploma, is PS 146 certified and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Peter Clifford - Relationship Manager
Peters experience in superannuation business development and account management with HOSTPLUS has been invaluable in his role as a Relationship Manager for AustralianSuper. Prior to entering the superannuation industry, Peter spent 15 years in the print sector working for a variety of companies including Color Solutions, Pre-Press Holdings and Salisbury Advertising Services, where he was responsible for maintaining a client base and sourcing new business. Peter has completed a number of modules in the Diploma of Financial Planning.
Louise Charsley - Relationship Manager
Louise has been a Relationship Manager with AustralianSuper for three years originally commencing with STA for the Food and Confectionary Division. Louise has over 23 years' experience covering administration and client relationship management. Louise has a Diploma of Superannuation Management, which she completed in 2002. Louise focuses her energy on servicing employers and educating their workforce on superannuation.
Shona Kelsey - Team Leader, Victorian Relationship Management Team
Shona has worked for AustralianSuper for six years and has 20 years' experience in the industry. She is responsible for the coordination of employer and member servicing and retention activities for the Victorian Team. She also has a portfolio of employers and provides education sessions and service to both them and their workforce. Shona is an affiliate of the Australian Insurance Institute. She has completed a Diploma of Financial Services, and is currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Colin Ormsby - Union Relationship Manager
Colin is responsible for building relationships with trade unions and their members. His super-knowledge and experience is extensive and supports his work in delivering comprehensive service to members.
Daryl Wynne - Relationship Manager, Regional Victoria
Adv Dip Fin Serv (FP)
Daryl has an impressive track record of experience in the financial services industry, having spent more than 25 years as a financial planner within the corporate and private sectors. He ran his own financial planning business for 20 years before moving into the banking sector where he worked in both corporate and private financial planning roles for three years. He returned to private consulting for two years before joining AustralianSuper. “When you stop working, you need your investments to work for you and super can do that.”
Linda Burns - Relationship Manager
Linda has been with the Fund since 2000 and has worked in both Western Australia and New South Wales offices. Currently based in the Perth office, Linda is a vital part of the Western Australia team who provide practical solutions for our employers and members in a range of growing industries. Linda has extensive experience in superannuation, having previously worked in superannuation administration. Linda has a Bachelor of Business Degree (with a double major in Finance and Information Systems), and has also completed the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
Clare Speed - Relationship Manager
Clare’s extensive experience in providing employers and members with practical solutions to their superannuation needs is vital for her role as Relationship Manager for Western Australia – a dynamic state with a diverse range of growing industries. Clare has more than 10 years' experience with financial advice and consultancy – working for organisations such as Industry Fund Financial Planning, and Financial Solutions of Australasia Pty Ltd. Clare has worked for AustralianSuper since October 2004. She has a Bachelor of Business Degree (with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing) and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

Jason Dreger - Executive Account Manager - Employer Specialist
Jason brings over 12 years' experience within the financial services sector to his role at AustralianSuper. Jason has worked as a financial planner with the ANZ Banking Group and as a private client adviser for IOOF Investment Management. He also spent three years at Australian Administration Services (AAS) – a company specialising in backend administration support to superannuation funds. Jason has an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently completing a Degree in Financial Planning.
Peter Treseder - Executive Account Manager - Member Specialist
Peter has over 26 years' experience in the superannuation industry, with 20 years in business relationship development and member education. Peter has a passion for member education, believing that for people to embrace their super they must first understand how it works. Peter has a Diploma in Superannuation Management and is also a member of the planning committee for the Conference of Major Superannuation Funds.
Silas Lightfoot - Executive Relationship Manager
As an Executive Relationship Manager Silas works in partnership with AustralianSuper's corporate and strategic employers creating and delivering education strategies. Silas has been with the Fund for three years. He has a sound knowledge of the finance industry, with 19 years' experience in the finance and banking industry with CBA, St George and most recently Members Equity Bank. Silas is extremely well qualified, having completed the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, and the Diploma of Superannuation. He is currently undertaking a double degree in Business and Arts.
Kerry Glover - Executive Relationship Manager
Kerry joined AustralianSuper in February 2008 and works in partnership with our corporate and strategic employers by creating strategic business plans, and providing consultative committee services, executive updates and education strategies. With 20 years' experience, previously with AMP Consulting and KAZ, in corporate superannuation Kerry has worked in administration, consulting services, trustee management and product development for defined benefit, hybrid, pension, master trust and industry plans. Kerry also has extensive experience in project management for transitions and benefit redesign initiatives. Kerry is an affiliate of the Australian Insurance Institute, has a certificate of Superannuation Management and is PS 146 certified.
Pia McGorlick - Executive Relationship Manager
Since joining the Fund in 2005, Pia moved into the Executive Relationship team in February 2008 where she is responsible for the management of some of AustralianSuper’s largest corporate employers. Pia’s previous roles include working as a financial planning consultant for Industry Fund Financial Planning providing fee-for-service financial planning advice to superannuation fund members. Pia holds a Graduate Certificate in Financial Advising from the FINSIA and is an Associate Member of FINSIA.
Trish Curry - Team Leader Executive Team
Trish is the Executive Relationship Manager of AustralianSuper's Corporate Plans based in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. She is responsible for overseeing the transition to AustralianSuper, co-ordinating education programs, creating strategic business plans and providing consultative committee and executive updates on a quarterly basis to the Fund's Corporate clients. She has twelve years' experience in the corporate superannuation industry, in the areas of client relationship management, business development, administration and communications. Trish has a Bachelor of Arts, the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia 100 (Certificate of Superannuation Management), and a Diploma of Financial Planning - (Managed Investments, Superannuation and Life Insurance).
