AustralianSuper Corporate appoints new administrator
AustralianSuper Corporate has appointed Mercer as its new administrator. Mercer is a market leader in corporate superannuation administration services and will provide administration, call centre and online services to AustralianSuper’s Corporate Division.
Existing members are being transferred in two groups to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to employers and members. The first group was transitioned in June and the second in September 2008.
A letter has been sent to all AustralianSuper Corporate members regarding the timing and transfer of their account to the new administrator. .
Access to your account information
For members who transitioned in June 2008, online access to your account is now available and you have been sent your PIN. If you want to view your account balance, transactions, or make a change to your details, you need to log on to at www.australiansuper.com/corporate . You will need your member number and PIN.
If you have lost your PIN, please call AustralianSuper weekdays 8am-7pm (EST).
If you are part of the September 2008 transition group, we expect online account access to be available in November 2008.
