Insurance Cover

Through AustralianSuper's Jockeys' Super Benefit and Jockeys' Career Benefit, jockeys have access to Death Only insurance cover, subject to acceptance by the insurer.

With insurance in AustralianSuper, members benefit from:

Premiums at discounted bulk rates - less than what you may pay as an individual
Cover at work and outside work - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Hassle free payments, with premiums deducted from your AustralianSuper account each month
The option to apply to increase cover at any time (subject to meeting the insurer's health evidence requirements).

Insurance cover in AustralianSuper is currently provided by The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Ltd (Death & TPD).

To apply to increase or change your existing cover, you will need to complete and return the insurance application form. To obtain a copy of the form, please call 1300 368 118.
