Support
At AustralianSuper we ensure that participating employers are able to get all the support and help that they need.
Service and support
As a participating employer, you will be kept up to date on developments at AustralianSuper and any issues relating to superannuation that may affect you, via these five channels:
- A national customer service centre
- Regular updates on this website
- Our employer newsletter
- Our six-monthly newsletter for members which we will send you a copy of
- The Annual Report to Members which we will send you a copy of.
Member education
When joining a superannuation fund, employers want to know that their employees will receive appropriate support to help ensure they make informed decisions about their superannuation.
That's why AustralianSuper has designed a comprehensive Member Education Program.
Our Member Education Program is:
- Based on detailed research
- Specifically designed for AustralianSuper members
- Integrated across the five channels through which we communicate with members
- Free retirement and planning seminars in all States and Territories.
Important note
Unless you hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), or are an authorised representative of an organisation that holds an AFSL, you cannot recommend any financial products or give advice about any superannuation funds.
Breaches of the relevant legislation could expose employers to hefty fines and/or imprisonment.
Any person wanting advice about financial products should seek advice from an Australian Financial Services licensee or an authorised representative of a Licensee.
