ASX 200 Corporate Actions

A corporate action is a general term used to describe actions taken by companies affecting their capital structure, including mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, bonus issues or other payments or ASX code changes.
AustralianSuper will process the corporate action as the details come to hand. However, in some instances the process is complex and may take a number of weeks until your online details have been updated.
AustralianSuper Off-Market Share Buy-Back Policy
AustralianSuper will participate in any off-market share buy-backs on behalf of members where the Trustee believes participation will result in a benefit to members who hold investments in the relevant stock via the ASX 200 Shares Investment Option. A record of the resulting transaction will be included on the member’s six-monthly benefit statement following the buy-back.
