  • What a waste of time having this video clip. It's just an ad. and doesn't provide any useful info. Delete it please.

  • The form regarding attaching ID says to send the 'Combine your Super' form to the address displayed on the form. There is, however, no address. Is the correct address GPO Box 1901, Melbourne VIC 3001?

  • Thanks for the feedback – the address is located within the forms footer, just below where you sign. Forms should be sent to: AustralianSuper, Reply Paid 1901, MELBOURNE VIC 806.

  • What you need to do is fill out the form at http://www.australiansuper.com/combine.You have to fill out a form for each of the super funds you have. Fill in the details on each form then post to Australian super along with a certified copy of your passport, license or other acceptable ID.

  • If you really want me to combine my super, let me fill the form in online, pre-populate as much of it as possible, I'll then add the funds I want to combine, print it off, sign it and send it in.

  • Some people just like to complain. I found the form really easy to find and all the information is right here on the website. If not, give them a call as the lady i spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful.

  • It may seem a bit of a hassle – but legislation requires that you provide proof of your identity before a super fund can release your money – it protects you from fraud. Your super could be thousands of dollars, so super funds need to be sure that they are transferring super to the right place.

  • How can i take the money out ?

  • To withdraw your super benefit, log in to your online account and click on the left-hand-side navigation tab “Make a super account withdrawal”. Conditions of release apply – more information can be found in our factsheet “Accessing your super” at http://tinyurl.com/7lysskj - or call us on 1300 300 273 and ask to speak to one of our Financial Education and Advice Team advisers. They provide over-the-phone, financial advice at no cost.
