Online access and some transactions will be temporarily offline while we upgrade our member portal and mobile app.

We’re making improvements to your experience when you login to your account online. As we transition over to the new member portal and mobile app some transactions and applications will be temporarily unavailable. During this time you can access the forms you need below.


Limited access to forms - from 5pm AEST/AEDT on Thursday 10 November, 2022.

Member Direct - from 4pm AEST/AEDT on Friday 11 November, 2022.

Online member access – from 11am AEST/AEDT on Saturday 12 November, 2022.

All transactions will be back online on Sunday 13 November, 2022.


You can return the completed form to AustralianSuper, GPO Box 1901, Melbourne VIC 3001 or upload a copy via the website to (Under Your enquiry select Online help as the reason and File upload as the enquiry topic.)
