Prior to joining AustralianSuper in June 2010, Ash worked at one of Australia's largest superannuation administrators for over 3 years, dealing with a variety of super funds in trustee service roles.

Claire’s industrial relations experience has made her a strong advocate for superannuation. Before joining AustralianSuper, she spent three years working for a manufacturing union, providing one-on-one advice, information and assistance to workers regarding their entitlements. She also has considerable experience in customer service and client relationship development.

Teuira has over 10 years' experience in financial services, with particular focus on superannuation administration and insurance underwriting. Teuira believes in arming members and employers with the tools and resources to make informed choices about their superannuation needs, and is committed to helping former Westscheme members and employers make the most of the opportunities available to them in one of Australia’s largest super funds.

Kevin has over ten years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Westscheme Superannuation three years ago he spent seven years working in a variety of roles in the banking sector in Northern Ireland with particular focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Seeing members take an active interest in their retirement savings is the most rewarding part of Gary’s work, which spans some 28 years in the financial services industry. Before joining AustralianSuper 16 years ago, Gary spent seven years running his own life insurance agency where he provided personal financial advice to clients on a range of insurance, investment and retirement products and services.

Elaine has over twenty five years’ experience in the financial services industry. Elaine came to AustralianSuper via the Aust (Q) merger in February 2014 where she has worked closely with the AUST(Q) Trustee to ensure a smooth process for all employers and members.
Before joining AustralianSuper, she spent four years with Fund’s Administration and prior to that had many diverse roles with both Westpac Bank and St George Banking Corporation.

Andrea has almost five years’ experience in the financial services industry. She has held numerous senior administration roles with AGEST before joining AustralianSuper as an account manager. Andrea has also worked as a Licensing Officer at Energy Safe Victoria and is currently completing a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Michael has over nine years’ experience in the financial services industry, working for two of the country’s largest superannuation administrators. Before joining AustralianSuper, Michael worked in a variety of roles including portfolio management, benefit and investment enquiries and client services.

Katie has over 7 years' experience in financial services, with particular focus on superannuation administration and ecommerce solutions. Prior to joining AustralianSuper, she worked for one of Australia’s largest administrators in various roles across the business. This includes 3 years working with AustralianSuper’s employers and Trustee office in developing and implementing e-commerce solutions to meet employers’ superannuation needs. Katie’s strengths include clearing house solutions, ecommerce products and employer support.

Heath has over ten years’ experience working within the superannuation industry. Before joining AustralianSuper in February 2014, Heath worked with employers at ESSSuper; as a Client Service Advisor at Superpartners; and as a Superannuation Advisor at VicSuper helping members with their retirement needs.

Craig has a strong background in the Superannuation Industry, having worked in a variety of service and operational roles in the industry for over 9 years since 2000. Before joining AustralianSuper in 2014, he had held a similar role with another major industry fund helping support their employers.

Stephen has been working within a Superannuation Fund in operation and administration services since 2010. Previous work experience includes dealing with direct employer queries on varied topics including defined benefit, accumulation, income stream administration and processing.
Stephen has been on the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) Young Super Network Committee since 2012 whose purpose is to facilitate open and creative discussion of issues relevant to the Superannuation industry aimed at the younger workforce.
