Introducing our new website

In August we rolled out our new website. But it’s not just a new website, it is so much more. The new website is significantly different from the previous site, allowing you to:

  • Apply to withdraw or transfer your super using online ID for verification. Some additional material may need to be submitted.
  • Set up a pension account online with the assistance of online advice tools and online ID to organise the transfer of your super to your new account.
  • Easily make extra contributions by setting up a routine direct debit for those small but regular amounts or one off payment using Bpay. We’re also making salary sacrifice easier by enabling you to request a salary sacrifice set up direct to your employer from your account.
  • You can alert your employer when you change funds or jobs – from either our classic or mobile site.
  • Book a call-back to speak with our Financial Education and Advice Team for advice or book to attend a retirement seminar.
  • Increase your insurance online.
  • Login to your secure account to get an overview of your super and see how long your savings will last as an income in retirement.
  • View both pension and super accounts as a consolidated view instead of logging into separate online systems.
  • Get online personal advice on making extra contributions, setting up a pension or making an investment choice.
  • Work out if you are eligible for the Government Age Pension and how much you are likely to qualify for – you can also see if you would qualify for the health care card.
  • View your superannuation account on your mobile.

Some things will also change. You’ll need to register for your new secure account, but we are making things easier by letting you choose your own username and password instead of having to remember your member number.

For help registering your new account see our factsheet.

  • I have some funds that are a bit cpatsionted at the moment and am looking to flush them in the right direction. The only problem is that my bank told me that this opportunity is not for those with irregular habits or those who are a bit windy. Can you advise on the merits of this type of pension investment for those who are doubly incontinent?
