AustralianSuper is open to any employer in any industry in Australia.
By using AustralianSuper for your employees super this will provide them with access to high-quality, low-cost superannuation options and access to low-cost home loans, low-cost credit cards, financial planning and a range of other benefits provided by third parties.
It's easy to start up – and there are no fees or charges to use AustralianSuper for your employee's super.
To start paying into AustralianSuper:
- Complete the online Employer Application Form.
This will set you up with your online account to make your super payments.
- Once your account is set up, you can start making your super contributions.
Have multiple funds to pay super to?
You may also like to consider our clearinghouse service so you that you can simplify your super payments and make all your non-AustralianSuper employer super contributions in just one payment, free of charge. To be eligible to use the free clearing house:
- You must be registered with AustralianSuper.
- AustralianSuper must be your default fund.
- More than 50% of your total number of employees must be members of AustralianSuper.
- Contributions for AustralianSuper members must be paid directly to AustralianSuper.

New employees or new members of AustralianSuper
If you have new employees or employees wishing to join AustralianSuper, give them a copy of the Getting started kit, with the latest Member Guide, which includes a Membership Application Form. Your staff member can either join online and provide you with their member number or they can complete the form and return to us.
