Registering for online payments

To use one of AustralianSuper's online payment options, you must already have joined the Fund as a registered employer.

You can join AustralianSuper online.

  • Provided free of charge by the government for employers with less than 20 employees
  • One file upload

  • Make one payment with one file for multiple funds, including your AustralianSuper members
  • Free of charge
  • For employers with more than 20 employees
  • SuperStream compliant
  • No paper work - all done online
  • Different authority levels for multiple users
  • Improves accuracy by pre-validating your submitted data and letting you know if there are any missing details

Payroll file

Log in to Super FileManager

  • Online payment system for employers using a payroll file
  • Not SuperStream compliant, so will require a move to AustralianSuper's clearing house, QuickSuper, in the coming months

Prepopulated form

  • Online payment system for employers with a smaller number of employees
  • Not SuperStream compliant, so will require a move to AustralianSuper's clearing house, QuickSuper, or the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House (depending on the number of employees) in the coming months
