Why it’s important to keep your details up to date
Making sure your contact details – like your postal address, email and phone number – are current means that your super fund can get in touch with you about your account if they need to.
Making sure your name and address is up to date in your super account will also help any lost or unclaimed super make its way back to you. In 2022, there was around $16 billion in lost and unclaimed super in Australia3.
Check your account details
Log in to your account
You can log in to your account online or via the AustralianSuper mobile app. If you haven’t registered for online access to your account, it’s easy to set up.
Locate your contact details
On the app, select ‘More’ then ‘My details’.
On the online portal, click on the profile button in the top right corner and select ‘Contact details’ from the dropdown menu.
Update your details
If you notice your contact details are outdated, it’s a good idea to update them with the most current information. This includes your email address, phone number and postal address.
