Why it’s important to keep your details up to date

Chances are you wouldn’t move house without updating your contact details. The same goes for your super account.

Making sure your contact details – like your postal address, email and phone number – are current means that your super fund can get in touch with you about your account if they need to and keep you up-to-date with super changes.

Log in to your account

You can log in to your account online or via the AustralianSuper mobile app. If you haven’t registered for online access to your account, it’s easy to set up.

Find your contact details

Find your contact details

On the app, select ‘More’ then ‘My details’.
On the online portal, click on the profile button in the top right corner and select ‘Contact details’ from the dropdown menu.

Update your information

Update your information

If your details are out of date, it’s a good idea to update them with the most current information. This includes your email address, phone number and postal address.
