Important notice
If you have recently received a reminder letter to make outstanding super payments and you have already paid your employees’ super, please disregard this letter. If no payments are due, please submit a nil advice here.

Changes to super mean that our payment system - EmployerOnline - closed on 1 February 2016. It remained available to view as ‘read only’ for a limited period while employers moved to new and compliant payment systems, but was shut down completely on 9 November 2016.

So if you haven’t already, you’ll need to switch to a government approved system like AustralianSuper’s QuickSuper* to make super payments.
