AustralianSuper is MySuper Authorised 65 714 394 898 856 and we can accept all Superannuation Guarantee contributions from employers and personal contributions from people that are self-employed. We make superannuation administration as simple as possible by offering you electronic payment options.
Free clearing house service
For eligible employers, we offer a free clearing house service (conditions apply). The clearing house allows you to make one payment for multiple super funds. The rest of the work of distributing the money and details to the correct super fund is done by the clearing house, saving you time and money.
Help is available from AustralianSuper for the cost of a local call on 1300 300 273 weekdays 8:00am - 8:00pm (AEST/AEDT).
If you’re an employer with 10 or more employees, a dedicated administration clerk is assigned to your business. That way we can make sure you have a regular and familiar contact to help you with all your super administration.
Education and free seminars
AustralianSuper's account managers cover all states and territories and are available to help you and your employees with superannuation issues.
AustralianSuper runs an annual program of free retirement seminars for members on topics, such as retirement income accounts and our transition to retirement strategy, member investment choice, insurance cover and the benefits of transferring old superannuation into their AustralianSuper account.
No joining fee
AustralianSuper can look after the superannuation needs of all your employees, and it costs you nothing to register with AustralianSuper.
Additional banking services
As a participating employer with AustralianSuper you can apply for low-cost business loans or access high interest deposit products through ME Bank†.
