Paying super? Introducing the new Employer Portal

24 April 2026

We’re excited to introduce the new Employer Portal1, designed to provide employers with a more streamlined, reliable way to manage super as Australia moves towards the new Payday Super requirements.

The Employer Portal has an integrated superannuation clearing house and tools to help you manage your obligations with confidence as legislative requirements evolve.

A simple way to manage super

The Employer Portal brings everything together in one place to manage super payments. Payday Super ready, it supports timely, high‑volume payments, with automated alerts and real‑time data validation to help employers manage their obligations. It also includes online employee onboarding and security features, and is available at no cost to employers registered with AustralianSuper.

With the Employer Portal, you can:

  • Pay employees’ super contributions
  • Validate data digitally and in real time
  • Create new super member accounts for employees
  • View individual and company contribution details
  • Export records and reports for business use and analysis
  • Notify us when an employee’s employment ends to keep records up to date
  • Option to display and record your employee’s stapled or choice of fund to support stapling obligations
  • Add your logo and two brand colours to digital employee onboarding.

What’s next for businesses already registered

We’ve begun transitioning all existing AustralianSuper employers using QuickSuper2 to the new Employer Portal.

Transitions are being staggered and won’t all be completed before 1 July. Until you’re transitioned, you can continue using QuickSuper, which supports processing in line with Payday Super timelines.

There’s no need to call the contact centre. You’ll receive an email with your registration link so you can complete the Quickstart checklist.
