26 March 2026
Our annual Member Outcomes Assessment has determined that our super and pension products continue to promote the financial interests of members for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.
The Member Outcomes Assessment involves assessing our performance, by product, based on a wide range of comparison and assessment factors, including investment performance, investment risk and strategy, fees and costs, and insurance. Our products have promoted the financial interests of members through:
- The MySuper Balanced option, where most members are invested, achieving net returns above the median for five and 10 year periods to 30 June 2025.1
- The majority of our investment options achieved above median returns over their minimum investment timeframe.2
- The level of investment risk in our options is broadly consistent with the median level of risk in other MySuper and comparable choice investment options.
- Using the Fund’s size to capture economies of scale, reduce overall costs and provide access to attractive, large-scale investment opportunities.
- Fees and costs for the MySuper Balanced option being lower than the median of comparable products in the superannuation industry.3
- Achieving fund total operating expense to asset ratio in the best quartile compared to other super funds4, indicating that our expenses are at appropriate levels.
