How to claim

To talk about a possible claim, call us on 1300 667 387 (8am to 5pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm AEST/AEDT Friday). An AustralianSuper insurance representative will be able to help you.

What happens when you make a claim?

Once you’ve applied, you’ll be assigned a case manager. Your case manager will help you understand the process and look after your application from start to finish.

They’ll also work with you to make sure we receive all the required information to process your application as smoothly as possible.
