Every application should include:
- your CV with all relevant experience, skills and qualifications
- a cover letter that explains why you‘re applying for the role and what you can offer
- supporting documentation such as transcripts or publications.

Phone screening conversation @headerType>
If your skills match an available role, we’ll reach out for a phone conversation. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share more about yourself and why you want to work for AustralianSuper.

Interview @headerType>
Interviews help us learn more about each other. Whether in-person or via video, we’ll ask technical and behavioural questions and give you the chance to ask what you need to know. We focus on:
- key skills and behaviours required for the role
- how you’ve demonstrated them successfully in the past.

Background and reference checks @headerType>
As part of our recruitment process, we conduct standard checks including employment verification, education and background/entitlement checks.

Once you have been selected, a team member will call to present your job offer, followed by an email with all documentation. Congratulations!
Once accepted, the onboarding process begins, and we’ll soon welcome you as a colleague at AustralianSuper.
