Disablement benefit claim
To make a claim for total and permanent disablement, permanent incapacity, income protection or terminal illness, please call AustralianSuper on 1300 667 387 between 8.00am and 8.00pm weekdays AEST/AEDT.
We’ll then arrange an interview with a case manager or claims assessor who’ll work out which claim best suits your circumstances.
After the interview, you’ll receive:
- A quote of your account balance
- Advice on whether you have an insurance amount in addition to your account balance
- The application forms you’ll need.
You’ll need to complete the application forms and return them with the documents requested in the forms. A case manager or claims assessor will then be in touch with you. Your case manager or claims assessor will work with you to make sure you provide all the necessary information and that your claim is processed as smoothly as possible.
