Technology Services plays a pivotal role at AustralianSuper by driving ongoing and continuous improvements to our core Technology capabilities. Providing simplified innovative and emerging technology solutions globally and at the right time, ensures we serve members well and align with our goals for the future.

The vision we've set out for the AustralianSuper technology services team is to be the industry leading superannuation technology team on the planet. Everyone who comes into the organisation gets to experience what it means to work with the latest technology, and you don't get that at many organisations.
We want to go deep and wide where we have made choices around our technology. It means that you will get an opportunity to work with some of the latest technology. Technologies you will often read about in media, or that you'll be doing courses on.
You actually get to experience that technology. You get to work with it, you get to make it better. We want to use the investments we've made in technology. This idea that we need to be able to adapt to what's happening is quite a lot going on in the world. People are aware of it. Artificial intelligence is a big one. How you interact with these and make your experience better at work is very important. It's important to us because it will make a difference to members and that's what we want to do.

There's no one best thing about working at AustralianSuper. I think there are three things that actually are the best for me. It's like the culture, the collaboration and the work life balance that I get here. I don't need to think too much about school drop offs anymore.
And it also, you know, helps my overall well-being and this is something that makes me more productive at work. At AustralianSuper, there are many different benefits and ways that, you know, it's supporting employees work life balance. For example, we do get extra 5 days of pay leave every year, which means that I get 25 days of holidays every year.
Moving to AustralianSuper was life-changing for me in terms of work life balance to be present for your family at the right time for them and to be present for your work at the right time for your colleagues and all of that is really crucial to ensuring that as an individual I feel valued in the work that I do.
